Tow rigs

Ok who has upgraded their tow rig or replaced it an how many do you have, most everyone knows i have the durango well a little over a month ago it was getting tired so i picked up a new tow rig for summer use a 96 f250 2wd with the 7.3 turbo. An yes ill post pictures later today .

Not really, it was a good rig, but I really enjoy this truck.

Picked this up last fall. 04 Silverado 3500 crew cab dually:) Duramax and Allison. 110,000 miles at that time. And no rust.

I still have the 2013 Ford F-150
She sits most of the time now
bought a cheap work car 06 Hyundai
It’s better on gas and saving the truck.
Truck sees weekend duty now . It is much more comfortable than the car though.

I did the same think Kyle. Bought an 04 Chevy Malibu from my grandma when she gave up her license. Drive it back and forth to work. It gets 30 mpg, truck gets 14.

Not sure mine will last that long started rusting around wheel wells at 40k
Ford said cannot help. Probably my last.
For now it’ll stay I really do enjoy driving it though.

Down fall is the gearing it's a 4:10 posi so 60mph is a comfortable speed

Well the hunt is on to replace the durango now its finally getting to the point of no return as far as being able to save it everything is starting to fall apart
