Bought this 200 from Don a few months ago as neither of
us wanted to see it be torn apart to be a parts donator. Since bringing it home the only thing that I've done is switch the front tire that was flat.
After rearranging the garage to get to it
I purchased an ignition switch for it then decided to
open up the engine and see how it looked before going further. Internally it did not look bad except for the carb.
That's now soaking and will hopefully clean up well. Cleaned the points pulled the head off to check the valves. If it runs well.......then the decision will be made to go further with the repairs or store the remains in the fold.

Big step forward today with the 200 progression to get it running on its own again. Welded the right side foot board back together, cut the old seat off and ground the bolts out of the mounting brackets, dug out an old seat I had, mounted the hood sides. Had the headlights working after repairing the headlight switch but cannot get the sockets out of the hood to remove the corrosion build up so the bulbs stay on. Working on that. Rear tire set up is temporary as the others were junk . Will get new ones.
Still need to see if it'll move on its own after it's back down on the ground.

Thank you the words from you guys mean alot to me. A lot of grinding and extra effort. Still needs a bit of bondo but am very happy with the results.
Chaser if you are interested in those tires with rims mounted make me an offer but I'll need your rims in exchange. The difference would be nominal . PM me and I'll let u know if your serious. I do not use them anymore, They were originally on the Dog believe it or not.
