Does anyone have any tips/tricks for cleaning/removing scuffs and stains from JD seats?  Looking at replacing

used ripped seats with used original seats. but a lot of the used ones I find are scuffed or sort or dirty.

All purpose cleaner then soften up with a good dressing to keep it from cracking. If the marks do not come off a little lacquer thinner gingerly wiped over but make sure to dress it the thinner dries them out. Cleanser works also. It doesn't look that bad should come up for you.

I use a couple of items, depending on the marks. For that seat, I'd try Mr. Clean's Majik Eraser. They do wonders! Even clean chrome really nice. If the eraser doesn't work, I'd go with some polishing compound, lightly rubbed. After cleaned, I'd follow up with some kind of vinyl protector to help keep the vinyl soft.

Its on ebay. Wanted to see if I could get it clean before buying. Ain't pulled the trigger yet
