Straight pulls only I’m assuming Don? I’d be concerned with side load in the tube on a turn.

Makes me want to find a rear lift for my 212... Course if I de-thatched the “lawn” I’d probably pull out all of the weeds and end up with nothing but bare topsoil...

Oh yeah straight runs. Turning is hard on the tines anyway.

Yeah it's easier to control where I put what gets hung up in the tines. When it fills up I just lift it and everything falls off.

Nice modification. I took 2 42” dethatchers and hooked them together for a 84”er. Mine is not a 3 pt set up.

Here’s my dethatcher. It’s been parked under a large pine tree for awhile.

I bolted the two together, added some full length angle iron and flat stock and fabbed up a tongue with square tubing. It’s been going strong for 15 years or so.
