Well pop was at an auction and came home with a new toy. Now to find literature and figure out how to mount it. It was on a 214 the previous owners executor told him.

Need to find some paper work on it . It's a model 426 . In really good shape. Hopefully in a week or two we get it going. Think it's going on a 110 10 hp this time.
He got it for a very good price one other person was bidding against him.

A great day. We figured out the mounting and had it working. It's way cool but I can see the way dangerous part. It'll be permanently mounted on the 110 we used.

In the third picture we had this bracket that came with it. We are pretty sure it does not belong. We studied the parts list and pictures but it was not on there. The color was different too.

In the third picture we had this bracket that came with it. We are pretty sure it does not belong. We studied the parts list and pictures but it was not on there. The color was different too.

The bigger, "U" shaped bracket is for mounting a lawn-vac system to the back of the tractor. If you measure the distance between the narrow placed tabs sticking out on this bracket, you will find that they are almost the same distance apart as the front frame mounting tabs on your round fender. Not sure what the smaller bracket is for.

Looks good. I've been looking or one of those for a while now. you don't see them for sale very often at a reasonable price

Thanks guys. Troy that is what we thought it may be for but I was not sure. It's as wide as the frame . The smaller bracket was actually for the sickle mower. The pipe comes back and you slid the pipe clamp style piece over it.
Actually not as complicated as what we thought it would have been.

I did not have a picture to post but do now. The 2nd best thing is (first is always time with Pop in the garage) was that he also purchased an integral hitch and single bottom mold board plow for the integeral hitch for a whole $20 that's right $20 for both. After I picked my jaw off the floor and a slight discussion about the price he asked if I wanted it and gave it to me for helping him with the work today. WOW!!! Would not even take the twenty bucks back. Unbelievable. Truly I was the lucky guy today. Thanks Pop!!!!!

That's what I said to him. I think I'll paint the integral part black again install it on my 112 electric lift. Did a trial fit today. Been wanting one for a long time and he knew it. Looking forward to trying a plow day

Apparently your pop was the only john deere guy there, as a matter of fact the only GT guy there. Great deal. Looks like it's a 10" moldboard on that plow. That should work nicely on the 112.

Well got everything mounted up tonight then realized the blade had issues so I removed the carriage bolt. Think it may need to be replaced. Looked great on that tractor.

Lift looks good on there all painted up! Does look like a new bolt may be required.
