Kinda gave up on Craigslist last year after a bad experience. Went to go look at a Mott Pull behind mower that was listed.It was a 2 hour trip one way. Set up a time with The seller and was on my way. It was pouring down rain plus 5:30 in the evening when I left, I was also working 12 hour days at the time, so I was up since 1:30 am. I arrived at my destination at 7:30 as planned rang the doorbell. The guy answered and I told him what I was there for, and he looked white as a ghost. He said I just sold that. A guy called at 6 and came at 7 and bought it. I was pissed. I had this scheduled the day before. I gave him a lengthy and nasty text message when I got home basically thanking him for wasting 4 hours of my life plus $60 in fuel. Fast forward to last week I thought I would check out Craigslist again and found this Massey 14 w/ 3 sets of wheel weights,3 point hitch,and 26x12 Carlisle tru powers. Also had snow plow mounted on it.1 of the sets of weights is from a bolens ridamatic, another set for the newer bolens, and a set of simplicity weights.Just the accessories are worth the asking price so I brought it home.It’s not the prettiest but I spruce it up a little.

Wow very sorry to hear about that story
She looks like she has earned her keep for sure . There are a lot of nice extras.
What are the plans. Put her back to work . A little restoration.
Always thought the MF’s were cool but have never found one .
Cannot wAit to see what you do with her.

i'm going to give her a bath and put her to work.Going to try and wet sand the black paint off of one of the foot rests today and see what the red looks like.Also going to wire wheel the rust pitting where foot rest meets the frame. Its got some deep pitting that i want to try some liquid metal on and see what that does.
