Wow that is the often heard about but never seen John Deere Round fender that's a myth down there in North Carolina. We've heard about them up here but have never actually seen one to know that they even exist, sort of like a unicorn!!!!!!!!!!

I'm starting to see the makings for another poem developing here..........LOL

Great find my friend is it a 1967 ? Looks to be in good condition.

Hey Troy we need to go to North Carolina .........................

My afternoon Wednesday began with the start, to bring home a Sacred Ford Tractor part.....with the wanted piece securely in hand,  I began to tour my friends mechanical land.......Then under a shelter I beheld a Mind Bender, there sat a complete 67 110 Round Fender. A fast transaction and a silent Oh Boy ! , this one has escaped  from the Almighty Troy !!!

For now I'm just going to get it running and see how it performs. I agree on the repaint. But at least it is mostly complete only missing the PTO shield.  I've got two more Ford Tractors to do, one getting a show quality restoration before I even consider doing a LGT. The Patio would be the first. Poor 208  :-(    J.

First ride on 67 110 this afternoon. I finally got in the mood to rebuild the carb and clean the tank today. It fired right up with minimal adjustments. The Trans axle sounds good and shifts smooth. The little popper runs superbly with no smoke. I have entered it into the fold. J.

I do have one little issue with it tho. Every now and then when starting it, the dipstick will pop out. I put it back in and it stays put. Its like the sudden change in crankcase pressure pops it out. The rubber seal appears to have shrunk over time and is loose fitting. So a new dipstick is in its future.   J.
