J.D. 322 no spark on #2

Hello, I am new here and hope I can get a problem solved. 90's 322 completely rebuilt except Yanmar engine. Finished rebuild and discovered that #2 cylinder has no spark. Installed new coil and tractor has new wiring harness. Completed all tests on coils, transistor box,and pulsars in Manuel and all seems to test ok,still no spark. Have no power to #2 coil when transistor box is plugged in but when it's unplugged there is power to coil. Could really use some help. Thanks for any tips or advise Bill
