Kohler K321AS Engine

New Plug
Clean carb and adjusted both low and high idle according to recommendation
New coil
Have spark
New head gasket
Valves cleaned and adjusted
New Points and Condenser

Still won't start... thoughts.

I have had this problem too. All it takes is one speck of dirt or grit on the needle and seat or the internal passages of the carb to make it hard to start..... at least on my1976 321. I got a #30 carterKohler carb for it then I replaced the fuel line to the tank and cleaned the internal fuel screen in the fuel tank......…..helped a lot.

will it try to start on starting fluid? an does this have a fuel pump?

No fuel pump. Will try the starter fluid.
