Looks like one from a newer John Deere . Never saw anything on a 200 series looking like that. It looks almost as if there is a type of tank and oil filter on that tilller .
In the back of the long support arm there is what appears to be a type of crank handle. You can see the lift link from the 210.
Would love to see more angles in the pictures I know that’s impossible.

It is a tiller, tank and filter are on the tiller itself, two hoses run to the pump. There's a couple different pump setups for these tillers, some mount under the tractor using the mower deck draft arm mounts, others are driven off the front or rear of the tractor. Those tillers weren't really designed for the 200 series ( they came out during the open framed 300 series), but I imagine with some fabrication and tweaking, it could be made to work. The neat thing with these tillers is you can run them in either direction.

Next time Kyle!

There’s a 214 on FBM up on Long Island with some sort of funky winch rigged sleeve hitch that I thought about looking into, but I don’t think I have room. Includes a cart with a high top box on it for a leaf collector. Not a lot of details posted about it though. Relatively old post too, though that might have something to do with the original pricing at $1,500. It’s down to $300 now…
