Picked up a green 5a sprayer cheap last weekend to go with my patio sprayer. Engine was seized and missing PCs. Some of the plumbing was in bad shape also. Didn’t have a wand either. Then I picked up a Hudson sprayer for $20 with a good engine and same type wand that jd used. I also needed that sprayer tank off the Hudson for my Hudson trail-n-spray. The trail-n-spray had a hole in the tank.

Had to buy a new pulley for the engine. The old one put up a fight even after the hot wrench and got bent. Got engine mounted and Re plumbed the pump added pressure gage. Straightened the tank mounts on the back, got hose and attached the wand. Now it looks like it should.

think that may clean up pretty good without a repaint.

Turned out good. Check out the thread. I want to get some better pictures then i'll Post them also.

Now i just need a #5 sprayer and a #7 sprayer. Then i'll have 1 of each version Jd made. They are hard to find so i doubt it'll happen.
