So my 214 will not start. It has spark, gas and air. Have not had much time to mess with it yet, but I am currently leaning towards the starter going. Any wagers?

Well I got the 214 started, turns out it wasn't getting enough fuel. Had to reroute the fuel line. I swapped to a little 2 qrt tank under the hood but had put to much uphill bend in the line.
I think it needs a starter to though, this one is sounding a little rough.
