I take notice on the second listing that he is throwing in all of those extra parts, however I don't see the headlights nor the tail light in the pile of parts. Everything is drilled for them, so that tells me this seller bought this tractor for the headlights and tail light, and possibly the rear tires only. The PTO cover isn't there either.
